  1. Well the major flaw is that quantum entanglement cannot be used for communication so that rules out the seamless behavior, you need to send a signal, the best you can do is via light.
    Secondly objects in orbit are subject to 2 different kinds of time dilation gravitational and Lorentz. Lorentz time dilation is positive, clocks in orbit tick slower. Gravitational time dilation is negative, clocks in lower gravitational fields tick faster. So only the gravitational one is of interest, this puts a hard limit on the boost to a computer. This boost will be completely dwarfed by the travel time of light to and from the spacecraft.
